Gap Spikes on an Upgrade. One Analyst Sees a 15% Upside.

TD Cowen thinks the company’s transformation under CEO Richard Dickson is starting to pay off. Analyst Jonna Kim upgraded his rating to Buy from Hold, and bumped up his price target to $30 from $28. Under Dickson, the core Gap brand has leaned into new product drops and “exciting marketing campaigns” that have translated to two quarters of positive sales growth, Kim wrote.
