StarHub announced that its dormant subsidiary Cyber Analytics has been struck off the Register of Companies with effect from Sept 5.

The striking off of Cyber Analytics is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of StarHub for the financial year ending Dec 31.
Shares in StarHub closed 1 cent lower or 0.8% down on Sept 7 at $1.20.
