Research by top recruitment specialist Hays Plc has found that 43% of UK workers are now based full-time in an office – up from 36% a year ago.

And with a quarter of employers that currently allow staff to split their time between home and the office planning to review attendance policies, the tide seems to be turning on hybrid working arrangements.

A straightforward commute makes life far easier when heading back to the office, so if you’re thinking about moving, check out these well-connected homes for sale, all close to stations.

1. Three Waters, Bow Creek, London E3, from £112,500 for 25% of £450,000
