Pasir Ris Mall opens with 150 retail offerings

Pasir Ris Mall, a new retail centre along Pasir Ris Central, opened on June 12, featuring over 150 retail and F&B outlets across its four floors. According to a press release from Allgreen Properties, the mall’s tenant mix is intended to be a ‘one-stop destination’ across dining, education, fashion and services.

Current occupants include Cantine by Kopitiam, Cold Storage supermarket, MindChamps Preschool, Chinese supermarket Scarlett, Snap Fitness gym, a Timezone arcade and Japanese clothing brand Uniqlo. An upcoming polyclinic will also be included in the mall’s offerings.

Located next to Pasir Ris MRT Station, the mall will also be integrated with the future Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub, encompassing a new bus interchange and a connection to the Cross Island Line.

The mall will offer over 1,000 bicycle parking spaces and shower facilities for cyclists and pedestrians using the nearby Central Greenway. This cycling and walking path connects Pasir Ris Town Centre to Pasir Ris Park and Beach.

Jointly developed by Allgreen Properties Limited and Kerry Properties Limited, Pasir Ris Mall is Allgreen’s first mixed-use development in the suburb.
