Although these upcoming HDB BTO June 2024 Teban Breeze Jurong East flats seem quite out of the way, they will soon be connected via the upcoming Jurong Region Line (JRL).

From the June 2024 BTO launch onwards, the HDB Staggered Downpayment Scheme will be enhanced to help young couples finance their new homes
Starting this year, the yearly BTO launches will be reduced to three – occurring in February, June, and October – instead of four.
HDB plans to release fewer BTO flats in 2024, with approximately 19,600 units compared to the 22,780 units launched in 2023.
As outlined in the National Day Rally 2023 address, the June 2024 HDB BTO launch will mark the conclusion of categorising estates into mature and non-mature categories.
Subsequently, commencing from the second half of 2024, newly launched BTO flats will be categorised as Standard, Plus, or Prime.

The Teban Breeze Jurong East HDB BTO project in June 2024 offers convenient transportation access. Pandan Reservoir MRT station on the JRL is just a three-minute walk away. This station connects to Jurong East MRT station, two stops away, and provides access to the East-West Line (EWL) and North-South Line (NSL).
The project has approximately 1,070 flats ranging from 2-room Flexi to 5-room configurations, catering to households of various sizes. Families benefit from nearby schools, including Pandan Primary School, Fuhua Primary School, and Commonwealth Secondary School. They will also be close to tertiary institutes like Nanyang Technological University.

Being further away from Singapore’s city centre, prices are more affordable, but residents enjoy the greenery of the developing JLD and the bustling hive of activity around Jurong East MRT station, which houses malls Westgate, Jem, Jcube, and IMM.
