Over 5,000 visited The Tapestry showflat for preview

More than 5,000 visitors thronged the showflat of City Developments Limited's 831-unit The Tapestry over March 10 and 11, the first weekend of its preview. Located at Tampines Grande, near the Tampines MRT station and next to Hitachi Square, the showflat is about 1.7km from The Tapestry’s actual site at Tampines Avenue 10. The project will be launched on March 24.

Early-bird prices on launch day will start from $596,000 for a one-bedroom; $796,000 for a two-bedroom; $1.15 million for a three-bedroom; $1.65 million for a four-bedroom; and $2.1 million for a five-bedroom, dual-key-with-study apartment.

There are 269 one-bedroom, 294 two-bedroom, 238 three-bedroom, 45 four-bedroom and 15 five-bedroom units at the project.

Chia Ngiang Hong, group general manager at CDL comments, “We expect a good take-up from new home buyers, upgraders and investors, particularly with the attractive prices.”
