Keppel Corporation prices $200 mil notes due 2029

The notes will bear interest at a floating rate based on the compounded daily SORA rate plus an agreed spread.

Keppel Corporation BN4 has issued $200 million worth of six-year notes due 2029.

The notes will bear interest at a floating rate based on the compounded daily Singapore Overnight Rate Average (SORA) plus an agreed spread. Interest on the notes will be payable quarterly.

The notes will be drawn down under its US$5 billion ($6.8 billion) multicurrency medium term note programme, and are expected to be listed on the SGX-ST on Nov 17.

Shares in Keppel Corp closed 13 cents lower or 2.02% down at $6.30 on Nov 10.
