Rent the Runway earnings, jobs, mortgage data: What to watch

Yahoo Finance's Jared Blikre and Julie Hyman break down what to watch on Thursday, June 6th.

Autodesk (ADSK), J.M Smucker (SJM), NIO (NIO), DocuSign (DOCU), RH (RH), and Rent the Runway (RENT) are all expected to report earnings.

Initial Jobless Claims data will be released, with analysts expecting that number to raise slightly to 220,000 from 219,000. New mortgage data is also set to be released.

And time now for what to watch.

Thursday, June 6th, we're going to start off with the earnings front.

We're going to get reporting from auto desk JM Smucker and docusign among others.

Smucker announcing fourth quarter results ahead of the open tomorrow.

Analysts expecting the food and beverage manufacturer to post flat sales due to its legacy business.

The company also expected to face continuing pressure as consumers trading down to cut costs remains a headwind shift.

The economy new weekly jobless claims data coming out in the morning economist forecasting that number to tick up slightly to 220,000.

This of course coming after today's weaker than expected 80 p employment numbers and giving us more insight into the labor force ahead of Friday's monthly jobs report.

And moving over to housing new mortgage data coming out in the afternoon, rates went over 7% again last week and have been over 7%.

6 of the last seven weeks.

This coming after this morning's mortgage application data, the number for last week fell again by 5.2% compared with the week prior
