Cigna shares slide on Humana deal report, Charlie Munger tributes pour in: Yahoo Finance Live

Shares of Cigna (CI) are trading lower after The Wall Street Journal reported it’s in talks with Humana (HUM) about a potential merger. According to the Journal report, the companies are discussing a cash-and-stock deal that could be finalized by year’s end. Meanwhile, the business world continues to pay tribute to legendary investor and Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-A, BRK-B) Vice Chairman Charlie Munger, with Pershing Square Capital Management CEO Bill Ackman telling Yahoo Finance, “as a professor of life and living, Charlie confronted us with the most powerful direct truths and educated us about character, psychology, morality, judgment, wisdom, investing, and more. He was an unabashed, unafraid, exemplar of a man.”
