SAN ANTONIO, May 15, 2024--The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO, "Valero") has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $1.07 per share. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2024 to holders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2024.
