MIDDLETON, Wis., May 21, 2024--Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPB; "Parent"), announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Spectrum Brands, Inc. ("Spectrum Brands" or the "Company") has priced its private offering of $300 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.375% exchangeable senior notes due 2029 (the "Exchangeable Notes") in a private placement (the "Offering") to eligible purchasers under Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").
