Metro Pacific Investments Corporation operates as an infrastructure holding company in the Philippines. It operates through Power, Toll Operations, Water, Rail, and Others segments. The company provides water and sewerage services through a network of pipelines, pumping stations, and mini-boosters in the West Service Area of Metro Manila. As of December 31, 2022, it operated a network of approximately 7,436 km of total pipeline, 38 pumping stations, and 37 reservoirs. It also constructs, operates, and maintains the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), the NLEX- South Luzon Expressway connector road, and the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway; operates, manages, and maintains the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway; operates and maintains the Manila-Cavite Toll Expressway; designs, finances, constructs, operates, and maintains the 44.6-km Cavite Laguna Expressway. In addition, the company offers power generation and distribution, retail electricity supply, and other services to 7.6 million customers in 38 cities and 73 municipalities; owns and operates 970 MW of coal and diesel-fired power plants; and operates and manages hospitals and cancer centers. Further, it operates and maintains the light rail transit line; operates the petroleum storage and pipeline facilities; develops leisure communities, resort-inspired condominiums, and luxury home communities; designs, develops, and markets real estate properties; offers fresh produce; processes and exports coconuts; and processes dairy. Additionally, the company engages in the facilities management; waste management; rental and leasing of residential properties; trading; trading, supply, and other telecommunication business; logistics; operation of digital platform; software publishing; and port management activities, as well as provides management consulting services. The company was founded in 1986 and is based in Pasig, the Philippines.
