JLL enhances data center capabilities with strategic acquisition
As data center demand continues to surge, JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced it has reached an agreement to acquire SKAE Power Solutions (SKAE), a New York-based provider of data center technical and project management services. This acquisition of SKAE enables JLL to provide solutions across the full data center lifecycle and adds significant technical depth to its existing offerings. The transaction is expected to close shortly, subject to customary closing conditions.

JLL's Hotels & Hospitality group announced today that it arranged a new $735 million, five-year, floating-rate SASB CMBS term loan to refinance The Walt Disney World Swan, Walt Disney World Dolphin and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve (collectively, "Swan & Dolphin Resort"), a 2,619-key resort situated directly adjacent to the theme parks within Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
