DD is a dysfunctional conglomerate just like GE. Chop up the biz into pieces now and turn out the lights!

All the hype in Hollywood won’t drive this to my. Merger cost based. Nearly 5 years later at $98.00. This is the pentacle of failure. Paying for hype didn’twork either

Been here since the merger $98 cost based after 4 years they think they got the remedy. Very slow with innovation I chose to sell DD over DOW

DD still lower than it was on Jan. 1 while s&P 500 index is up 25%. Bloated management at DD just like the federal government.

Cost based at the merger $98 a real mgmt failure going back 4 or 5 years. Dividend is poor. I will sell this if it hits $91

Analysts estimate for annual earnings = $4.30. Shareholders need a dividend increase.

I know what I own.. Ive done the #DD and it is proving why I will most likely be correct as to why I bought the dips (I usually do not buy dips but average up during the up trend cycle)…. but with PKK/PKKFF/TNT… this one, Ive put away the charting.. and based on pure strong fundamentals Im strapping on my moon suit for another ride up to the MOON (AMC/GME moon rider here)… Dont get me wrong. im long on this one.

Q: What does February 7, 2005 and October 18th, 2021 have in common?
A: DD stock price was the same at around $72/share.

What "outstanding" performance by this "wonderful, well managed, customer focused" company!

If DD beats or rises after earnings it would be an opportunity to dump it. After years of trying to beat merger price target has been a failure. Even the present target fails the test.

DD overpays (again) for a company and an electronics company at that. This is the 1980’s all over again - jumping into electronics and life sciences without any knowledge of how to manage these types of companies. DD is a slow, lethargic, lumbering, cumbersome, decision making organization. Their DNA is not suited to succeed in electronics types of businesses where fast decisions, nimble organizational behavior and higher risk taking is the norm. This will be disastrous.

DD has been the dog since the split up into 3 parts.

Well..If we divest key businesses, as a Long, I want shares, in those businesses! I don’t want to have to re-buy shares again!, and I could care less if Bremen is on the new BOD! Longs have been screwed enough!

Ho-Hum! What goes up, eventually comes down, particularly DD. DD has too much bloat (i.e. management focused on diversity quotas instead of technical and business competence) to reach escape velocity. Gravity (i.e. poor management) will pull it back down.
