It provides corporate services, which include various trustee and agency services to facilitate corporate and transactional financings, such as securities and bond offerings; MTN programs; securitizations, etc.; transactions services, including corporate M&A and asset transaction services in various capacities, such as escrow agency services, etc.; and entity administration services to facilitate special purpose vehicles, holding, and transactional entities to support corporate requirements. In addition, the company offers funds and asset structuring services consisting of fund trustee and administration services; servicing REITS and private equity types of real estate funds; and supports investors and their advisers in dealing with new asset classes and bespoke structures for separately managed accounts and platforms.
