HONOLULU, June 18, 2024--Bank of Hawai‘i Corporation (NYSE: BOH) today announced the pricing of a public offering of 6,600,000 depositary shares, each representing 1/40th ownership interest in a share of its 8.000% Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, for gross proceeds of $165 million.
