The Outsourcing Inbound Contact Services segment offers general enquiry, promotion, customer, order, registration, emergency, and helpdesk hotline services. The Outsourcing Outbound Contact Services segment provides telemarketing, customer retention, and cross-selling and customer satisfaction surveys. The Staff Insourcing Services segment offers staff support to various client activities, such as customer service, telemarketing, data entry, help desk assistance, and other back-end projects. The Contact Service Centre and Service Centre Facilities Management Services segment is involved in the lease of its contact center facilities in the form of workstations; and provision of IVRS hosting, contact center system holding solution, and service center facility management services. The Financial Services segment offers securities brokerage, margin lending and consultancy services; asset management, fund management, and consultancy services; and commercial and personal lending services.
