The company also engages in tiles trading and distributing activities; and produces tiles for its original equipment manufacturer customers under the private labels. In addition, it trades in building materials; buys, sells, rents, and operates selfowned or leased real estate; and operates generation facilities that produce electric energy. Further, the company engages in building construction related activities. The company was formerly known as Yi-Lai Berhad and changed its name to YB Ventures Berhad in March 2021. YB Ventures Berhad was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Kulai, Malaysia.
