Singapore's GIC buys logistics assets from Daiwa House in Japan
Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC said on Monday it has acquired two logistics facilities developed by Japanese real estate company Daiwa House Industry in Japan. GIC did not disclose the value of the acquisition in its statement. The assets are located in Takatsuki city in Greater Osaka and Tosu city in Greater Fukuoka and completed in 2023 and 2021 respectively, GIC said.

** Ronesans Holding Chairman Erman Ilicak said France's TotalEnergies had acquired a 50% stake in the Turkish conglomerate's renewable energy subsidiary Ronesans Enerji. The company did not provide detail on the price of the acquisition. ** French aerospace group Safran said it had made a cash offer to buy the actuation and flight control business of Collins Aerospace in a deal valuing it at $1.8 billion, to become a leader in certain critical cockpit functions.

Singapore's GIC to buy logistic facility in Japan from Daiwa House
Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC said it was acquiring a logistics facility in Japan from real estate developer Daiwa House Industry. GIC did not disclose the value of the transaction in its statement issued on Thursday. The warehouse is situated in Yatomi city in the Greater Nagoya metropolitan area, GIC said.
