Xiaomi prepares to launch new Redmi 12 and Note 13 series

On Tuesday, Xiaomi (OTC:XIACF) Philippines announced the upcoming unveiling of the Redmi 12, set for Wednesday, September 20, 2023. The latest addition to the Redmi series is expected to feature a 50MP triple rear camera and a premium glass back design. Unlike the Redmi 12C and Redmi Note 12 series, this device will not have a dedicated camera island separating the cameras from the rest of the back.

If the local version aligns with the global variant, consumers can anticipate a MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, a 6.79-inch 90Hz FHD+ display, an 8MP front camera, an 8MP ultrawide rear sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.
