VinFast in no rush to raise additional capital, says finance chief

HANOI, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Vietnamese electric vehicle maker VinFast is "not in a rush" to raise additional capital, finance chief David Mansfield said on Tuesday after the company listed on Nasdaq with a limited volume of floating shares.

Mansfield told Reuters the company would return to capital markets "when the opportunity presents itself" and that it was talking to sovereign wealth funds and other investors about additional investment, which could be finalised in 18 months.
