ValueMax raises $31.72 mil with close of three and four-month digital securities

The digital securities, which were launched on Dec 7, will be listed on the ADDX digital platform on Dec 22.

ValueMax Group T6I has raised $20.74 million from its three-month Series 009 Issuance and $10.98 million from its four-month Series 002 Issuance after successfully closing the issuances.

Among the subscribers of the three-month Series 009 Issuance, ValueMax T6i’s shareholders, Tan Soon Liang, Yeah Lee Ching and Yeah Chia Wei subscribed for $400,000, $260,000 million and $1.6 million, respectively. Collectively, this amounted to 10.9% of the issuance.

Of the subscribers of the four-month Series 002 Issuance, Tan subscribed for $500,000, amounting to 4.55% of the issuance.

Tan is an independent, non-executive director of ValueMax while Yeah Lee Ching and Yea Chia Wei, who each hold executive positions, are the children of Yeah Hiang Nam, the founder, executive chairman and controlling shareholder of the company.

Shares in ValueMax closed 0.5 cents lower or 1.54% down at 32 cents on Dec 21.
