TrickleStar appoints Jason Clark as new CEO

Clark will take over from acting CEO Gunananthan Nithyanantham with effect from Jan 1, 2024.

TrickleStar’s CYW senior business development manager Jason Clark has been appointed CEO from Jan 1, 2024, taking over from acting CEO Gunananthan Nithyanantham, who has tendered his resignation with effect from Dec 31.

Clark has been with the Malaysia-based company since Aug 1 in his current role, and will be responsible for its overall management and strategic direction as CEO.

Meanwhile, Gunananthan will continue in his pre-existing appointments as the company’s executive director and chief operating officer (COO). He took on the additional role of acting CEO on Nov 1, 2022 after Bernard Emby resigned from his position as CEO.

Shares in TrickleStar closed flat at 17.8 cents on Dec 13.
