Temasek’s Fullerton disposes of 152,900 units in Keppel DC REIT at $1.73 each

Following the disposal, Fullerton’s stake in the REIT is now at 0.423%.

Fullerton, an investment manager that is an indirect subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, has disposed of 152,900 units of Keppel DC REIT for a total sum of $264,960.41 or $1.73 each.

The disposal was done on Oct 24 via the market.

Following the disposal, Fullerton’s stake in the REIT is now at 0.423%.

Keppel DC REIT reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.492 cents for the 3QFY2023 ended Sept 30, 3.6% lower y-o-y. Its DPU for the 9MFY2023 fell by 1.2% y-o-y to 7.543 cents.

Units in Keppel DC REIT closed 3 cents lower or 1.72% down at $1.71 on Oct 26.
