Temasek disposes of 74.3 mil Keppel REIT units at 91.38 cents (update)

As at 1.22pm, units in Keppel REIT are trading 3 cents lower or 3.2% down at 91.5 cents.

Temasek Holdings has sold 74.3 million units in Keppel REIT at $67.9 million or 91.38 cents on Jan 12.

The block came from the dividend in specie of Keppel’s shares where for each 5 Keppel shares held, shareholders received one Keppel REIT unit.

Temasek owns a 21.31% stake – or 375.5 million shares – in Keppel through SeaTown Holdings as at March 2023.

Keppel REIT closed Jan 12 at 92 cents, down 2.65% for the day, but up 2.2% over the past year.
