Developers in Singapore sold 1,198 private homes last month, excluding executive condominium (EC) units, a rise of 52 per cent from the same period a year ago, data compiled by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) showed.

November’s private home sales were 2.5 times the 487 units sold in October, according to figures in the URA’s survey of developers released on Monday (17 December).

Including ECs, developers sold 1,202 units in November, up from 510 units in October and from 937 units in November 2017.

Among the projects launched in November included Whistler Grand in West Coast Vale, Parc Esta in Sims Ave and Kent Ride Hill Residences in South Buona Vista Road.

A total of 1,341 homes were launched in November, compared with 450 units in the same period a year ago, and 202 in October.
