Serial System appoints Sean Goh as deputy group CEO
Goh will relinquish his title as group chief operating officer following the appointment.
Serial System has appointed Sean Goh as its deputy group CEO on July 8.
Sean has been the group’s chief operating officer since 2019 and was appointed as executive director of the company on October 5, 2021. He will relinquish his title as group chief operating officer following this appointment.
In a filing, the company said Sean has demonstrated excellent leadership in the growth of Serial System’s electronic components distribution and consumer products distribution businesses, as well as the development of new businesses covering FMCG and new tech.
He will continue to work under the leadership of Derek Goh, Serial System group CEO. Sean is the cousin of Derek and uncle of Victoria Goh, Serial System’s executive director and vice president of business development and marketing.
Serial System closed flat on July 8 at 10.8 cents.
