SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Savills Singapore is marketing the sale of luxury apartments in the East Building of Triptych Bankside in London.

Triptych Bankside is a GBP450 million ($736 million) mixed-use scheme, designed by internationally acclaimed architects Squire & Partners. It is being developed by Central European real estate developer J&T Real Estate.

The entire development comprises two residential towers of 14 and 18 storeys, an 85,000 sq ft office building, and 29,000 sq ft of retail, wellness, and cultural spaces. The units for sale are part of the East Building which consists of 79 luxury apartments. Prices start from GBP995,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Available amenities within Triptych Bankside include multiple private lounges, games room, a private 14-seat in-house cinema, a 24-hour reception and concierge, and communal landscaped gardens.

The project is located near world-class art venue Tate Modern, the world-renowned theatre Shakespeare’s Globe and the culinary hotspot at Borough Market.

“Triptych Bankside’s unique façade is reflective of an art piece set against the London skyline. From the launch of the previous phase at Triptych Bankside in Singapore, we observed the desire to own a property in Zone 1 is further amplified when it is surrounded by famous landmarks,” says Jacqueline Wong, executive director, residential service, at Savills Singapore.

So far this year, the development has clocked up about GBP150 million worth of residential sales.

“All 169 apartments feature private outdoor terrace spaces with serene views, making Triptych Bankside a desirable South Bank lifestyle home,” says Wong.

“As Triptych nears completion, buyers can really see how Triptych will take shape with its elegantly shaped buildings sitting in a landscaped park setting. Buyers, of all types, have reacted positively to the larger-than-average apartments with generous living spaces and bedrooms, all with outside space,” says Nina Coulter, UK board director, Savills.
