Vanguard Extended Market Index Investor (VEXMX) a Zacks Ranked #2 (Buy) was incepted in December 1987 and is managed by The Vanguard Group. The objective of VEXMX is to seek long-term growth of capital. VEXMX attempts to match the performance of the Wilshire 4500 Equity Index, an unmanaged index made up mostly of mid and small capitalization companies.
