Between March 1 and March 3, over 5,000 people visited the Lentor Mansion sales gallery, according to developer GuocoLand.

The 533-unit Lentor Mansion has three 16-storey towers and three eight-storey towers on a 235,273 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site. The project is positioned as an upscale development inspired by the black-and-white bungalows. Units are a mix of two- to five-bedroom apartments ranging from 527 sq ft to 1,507 sq ft. Units are priced from $2,082 psf.

The fifth project launch in Lentor Hills estate, Lentor Mansion, is also the first development in the up-and-coming estate to have five-bedroom units. It will have 45 five-bedroom types with sizes from 1,485 sq ft to 1,507 sq ft and prices from $3.18 million. Another 75 four-bedroom units of 1,227 sq ft are priced from $2.64 million.
