LOS ANGELES (Reuters) -Paramount Global's co-CEOs, CBS chief George Cheeks, MTV's Chris McCarthy, and film studio head Brian Robbins, will lay out their strategy next week, said an executive who spoke on condition of anonymity on Friday.

The trio will host the town hall for its staff on June 5, according to an email seen by Reuters on Friday. The all-hands meeting follows Paramount's annual shareholder meeting on Tuesday.

The three Paramount executives were appointed to the office of the CEO on April 29, following the departure of CEO Bob Bakish, who was at odds with the company's controlling shareholder, Shari Redstone.

The executives are attempting to chart a new course for the company, even as an independent committee of the Paramount Global board engages in deal talks with two separate groups of suitors, Skydance Media and bid partners RedBird Capital and KKR, and Sony Pictures entertainment and Apollo Global Management.

A Paramount spokesman did not respond to a request for comment.
