Ontario Teachers' fund appoints Bruce Crane as APAC head

June 27 (Reuters) - The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP) has appointed Bruce Crane as executive managing director and head of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, Canada's third-largest pension fund said on Tuesday.

Crane will lead investment activities and portfolio management in APAC across Ontario Teachers' offices in Hong Kong, Mumbai and Singapore.

Crane, who was first hired in 2020 as Ontario Teachers' first Singapore office employee, has about 30 years of experience in public and private markets, investment banking and advisory services in APAC and the Americas region.
