One Global Group appointed sole agent for Barratt Developments in Southeast Asia

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - One Global Group has announced a partnership with UK developer Barratt Developments. The partnership sees the former as the exclusive sales agent for Barratt in Southeast Asia.

“We’re excited to start this exclusive partnership with Barratt Developments. Our brands have built a successful relationship over the years, and this takes that to the next level,” says James Puddle, founder and CEO of One Global Group.

Gary Ennis, regional managing director of Barratt Developments (London and Southern), says the partnership expands its “extremely successful” model of having a sole agent applied in other markets. “We’re excited to expand our relationship with One Global Group, as they have a unique offering in Southeast Asia, which will enable us to provide access to a wider selection of UK properties and enhance the buyer experience through technology,” he adds.

Such technology includes One Global Partners’ Portal,  an online tool designed as a single destination for real estate agents to access information on properties for sale, including live price lists, investment insights, marketing collaterals and more.

Recent projects launched by Barratt in collaboration with One Global Group include Wembley Park Gardens, a new development in Wembley Park within northwest London. Comprising five buildings, the project offers 302 one- and two-bedroom apartments starting from GBP395,000 ($674,000). The project will be completed in phases from the spring of 2025.

The partners also recently launched a new phase of apartments at Hendon Waterside, a long-term regeneration scheme located in West Hendon. The project comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from GBP391,000.

More launches by Barratt and One Global Group are planned In the second half of the year. This includes the newest phase of Eastman Village, Barratt’s ongoing development located in Harrow at the site of the former Kodak film factory. The new phase, Robertson Apartments, will offer 46 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from GBP339,000.
