Most expensive HDB in Bishan sold for $1.568M

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A HDB flat in Bishan has been sold for $1.568 million ($1,214 psf) last week, making it the most expensive HDB ever in Bishan, and the fourth most expensive HDB flat on record.


Recent transactions of 5-room HDBs in Bishan, which includes its most expensive HDB ever in the estate: EdgeProp Buddy, HDB

The high-floor unit, located between the 37th and 39th storeys, is located in Block 275A on Bishan Street 24. This 13-year-old block is one of three in Natura Loft, a DBSS that obtained its Temporary Occupation Period (TOP) in 2012.  This follows the sale of a 5-room unit on the 28th to 30th storey in the same block, which was sold for $1.538 million in June.

Bishan, situated in a mature estate, is renowned for its excellent amenities and reputable schools, making it an ideal location for families. Within a 2KM radius of Block 275A are several popular primary schools, such as Ai Tong School, Marymount Convent School, and Teck Ghee Primary School. This accessibility to quality education further enhances the desirability of the area.

To date, the most expensive HDB flats sold were for two 5-room units located at 9B Boon Tiong Road and 96A Henderson Road, each fetching an identical price of $1.588 million.
