Momentus Hospitality, the hospitality arm of SingHaiyi Group, has announced its first expansion outside of Singapore with a new 236-key hotel in Darwin, Australia.

The property will be built by CEL Australia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SingHaiyi Group. Slated to open in 2026, the hotel is near the Darwin Convention Centre. It will form an integral part of the leisure and entertainment component of the reimagined Darwin Waterfront masterplan. Hotel amenities will include two F&B outlets and a club lounge, subject to approval from the Australian authorities.
