Madison Pacific Properties' (TSE:MPC) investors will be pleased with their splendid 105% return over the last five years

While Madison Pacific Properties Inc. (TSE:MPC) shareholders are probably generally happy, the stock hasn't had particularly good run recently, with the share price falling 11% in the last quarter. But that doesn't change the fact that the returns over the last five years have been respectable. After all, the stock has performed better than the market (66%) in that time, and is up 71%.
