Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust removed from Benchmark Index
The trust was previously in 18th place out of the 29 constituents during the June review.
Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust has been removed as one of the constituents from the FTSE Group’s Benchmark Index during its review in September.
The Benchmark Index is relevant to the determination of the performance fee that may be paid to Starhill Global REIT’s manager under the trust deed constituting Starhill Global REIT dated Aug 8, 2005.
Other changes to the index include the merging of Mapletree Commercial Trust (MCT) and Mapletree North Asia Trust (MNACT), which is now known as Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT).
The rest of the constituents remain unchanged.
