LHN has been awarded the tender for the site at 260 Upper Bukit Timah Road, which will be turned into another of its Coliwoo-branded co-living properties. On the 0.83 ha site is the former Bukit Timah Fire Station, which dates back to the 1950s.

The property is near the upcoming Hume MRT station on the Downtown Line, scheduled to open in 2025. According to LHN, the new Coliwoo-branded co-living space will be operational by the first half of next year.

"We are confident that our plans for the premises will not only revitalise the premises itself but also benefit the wider neighbourhood,” says executive chairman and group managing director Kelvin Lim.
