Hillock Green preview attracts over 1,600 visitors on the first weekend

At Lentor Central, Hillock Green drew more than 1,600 visitors over the weekend of Oct 28-29, according to the developer, a joint venture made up of Forsea Holdings, Soilbuild Group Holdings and United Engineers Ltd.

The 474-unit private condo is situated within Lentor Hills precinct, a new growth area. Hillock Green's preview coincides with the preview of J'den at Jurong Lake District. "We similarly saw an enthusiastic turnout at the Hillock Green project sales gallery," says Marcus Chu, CEO of ERA Singapore.

The project has three 23-storey towers, a mix of one- to four-bedroom units, and sizes ranging from 517 to 1,527 sq ft. Prices are said to start from $1,968 psf.  Sales will begin on Nov 11. With one-bedroom units starting from $1.1 million, two-bedroom units from $1.2 million, three-bedroom units from $1.8 million and four-bedroom units from $2.3 million, "the project is anticipated to be the most affordable launch of 4Q2023", adds ERA's Chu.

Hillock Green is within a private landed housing estate and near established schools such as CHIJ St Nicholas Girl's School and Anderson Primary. ERA's Chu expects the tenant pool at the future project to include those working at Seletar Aerospace Park nearby.

Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex, considers Hillock Green "one of the last few plots in Lentor Hills estate with a sheltered walkway, and located close to the MRT station".

There haven't been any new project launches for the past 2.5 months - not since the Hungry Ghost Month, notes Gafoor. "People could have been waiting for the launch of a project in the Outside Central Region," he says. "Lentor continues to see interest from homebuyers."
