Hiap Hoe rebrands two hotels to Aloft Singapore Novena

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Hiap Hoe has entered into a franchise agreement with Luxury Hotels International of Hong Kong to operate two hotels located at 16 Ah Hood Road and 1 Jalan Rajah and rebrand them to Aloft Singapore Novena.

The two hotels to be rebranded are Ramada by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park and Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park.

The rebranding of the two hotels is expected to commence in 3QFY2023 when the company’s current management contract expires. The exercise is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of the year.

The opening of Aloft Singapore Novena marks the brand’s arrival in Singapore. Part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 30 brands, Aloft Hotels caters to a “music-loving crowd”, the company says.

Marriott International’s portfolio includes nearly 8,200 properties spanning 138 countries and territories, offering the Marriott Bonvoy travel programme.

Shares in Hiap Hoe closed at an unchanged 74.5 cents on Feb 24.
