West Glades @ Bukit Batok BTO is located at the confluence of Bukit Batok West Avenue 2 and Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and houses 790 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats.
The BTO site enjoys good public transport connectivity (Bukit Gombak MRT is located about 10 minutes walk away), and Bukit Batok is a relatively established area despite being a non-mature estate. Hence, it is likely to be a popular choice for households looking for an affordable flat.

The HDB BTO Nov 2022 Bukit Batok site, West Glades @ Bukit Batok, is bounded by Bukit Batok West Avenue 2 and Bukit Batok West Avenue 5.
Although Bukit Batok is a non-mature estate, it has well-established amenities. In addition, the Bukit Gombak area where the November BTO site is located is filled with greenery and scenic spots, including Little Guilin, Bukit Batok Hillside Park and, a little further away, Bukit Batok Nature Park.
With numerous primary and secondary schools in the area, West Glades @ Bukit Batok is well-situated for families with kids.
Although the Bukit Batok BTO Nov 2022 project is fairly affordable due to its location, it still offers good connectivity via Bukit Gombak MRT station on the red North South Line (NSL), which connects directly to Orchard and Raffles Place without the need for any line changes.
