One notable feature about this BTO project is the high number of schools nearby, providing families with school-going children significantly more choices.
Currently, Lakeside MRT station acts as the primary public transport option, although the completion of new MRT stations on the Jurong Region MRT Line (JRL) should bring increased convenience.

Source: HDB
A total of 800 new units have been proposed for the upcoming HDB BTO launch for Queenstown, split across two unit types: 3-room and 4-room flats.
The best feature of this BTO project is how it has Dover MRT station quite literally at its doorstep – a fact residents will appreciate considering the general lack of amenities nearby.
Thankfully, essential neighbourhood amenities are just one MRT stop away. The Bouna Vista MRT station (also an interchange station between the green East-West Line and the orange Circle Line) offers convenient access to Star Vista shopping mall, while the eclectic Holland Village enclave – where you’ll find dining, shopping and entertainment options – is one more stop further.
What is nearby though, is plenty of greenery and waterfront views, thanks to the Ulu Pandan Canal that borders the BTO project.

The location puts residents in close proximity to Causeway Point shopping mall and Woodlands Civic Centre which houses a public library. In the other direction we have a sports complex and swimming pool, and neighbourhood shopping courtesy of Marsiling Mall.
