SINGAPORE — Grab has made a “strategic investment” into logistics company Ninja Van for an undisclosed amount, according to a joint statement by the two companies on Thursday (25 April).

Ninja Van’s logistics services will be available on the Grab app via GrabExpress in the second quarter and will be rolled out in phases across the region.

GrabExpress is Grab’s on-demand parcel and courier delivery service and is available in 150 cities across Southeast Asia.

Ninja Van will also adopt GrabPay across its platform and collaborate to roll out lending and insurance products offered by Grab Financial to its merchants and delivery partners.
