Freehold bungalow on Kew Drive on the market for $18 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold bungalow at 26 Kew Drive, off Upper East Coast Road in District 16, is up for sale via tender with a guide price of $18 million, or $1,252 psf on the land area.

The property occupies a 14,376 sq ft elevated site that is designated for a mixed-landed development of up to three storeys. Subject to URA’s approval, the land can potentially be subdivided into two plots of around 6,200 sq ft and 7,400 sq ft according to Damien Lim and Poly Ng of OrangeTee & Tie, who are marketing the property.

Lim adds that the property sits on the highest point in its locality, offering panoramic views of Bedok Town, the city, and the sea. “Notwithstanding its vantage position, the site is just a seven-minute walk to the upcoming Integrated Transport Hub, which will provide easy connection to the city districts and various parts of Singapore,” he continues.

The property is a 10-minute walk from Bedok Food Centre, and is also a five-minute drive to Siglap Community Club, which has retail offerings including a Sheng Siong Supermarket, a McDonald’s and an Anytime Fitness gym. In addition, 26 Kew Drive is located within 1km of Temasek Primary School and Temasek Secondary School.

The tender for 26 Kew Drive will close on April 14 at 2.30pm.
