Executive Maisonette in Singapore

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Among the various types of HDB flats, the Executive Maisonettes (EM) and Executive Apartments (EA) are considered as premium choices due to their spacious layouts and unique features.  EM, for example, are two-level units that offer ample space and flexibility in terms of interior design. They typically have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony, making them suitable for large families or those who need extra space for work or hobbies. Due to its rarity, these types of HDB flats made up only 7% of all HDB transactions in the last 12 months. This rarity, along with its growing popularity have made EM/EA flats more expensive, with prices increasing by 33% on average per square foot since Q1'2020.

A large number of EM in central areas have crossed the $1M price threshold in recent years.  However, it is still possible to find EM flats below $1 million in the central area of Singapore.  These are some of them:
