Keppel South Central is a 33-storey commercial tower in the heart of Singapore's CBD and the gateway to the Greater Southern Waterfront. Designed for the Talents of Tomorrow
Keppel South Central, designed by global architecture firm NBBJ, is inspired by the concept of a vertical park with built-in workspaces.
The building will be 5G-enabled and fitted with leading-edge technology, including facial recognition access, smart lighting and micro-zoned air-conditioning systems in designated areas that cater for 24/7 business operations. Tenants will have the flexibility to manage their working hours to suit their lifestyles. They will also be able to book amenities via an all-in-one integrated application that can also be used for visitor management.
Tenants will enjoy a wide range of food and beverage offerings within the development, including a double-storey rooftop restaurant and bar. Shared amenities will also be dedicated to collaboration, social activities, health and wellness, family, and even pets. These include an indoor gymnasium, outdoor fitness decks, a swimming pool, event spaces, and learning facilities.

A leading green icon
Keppel South Central has received the BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Award for its myriad innovative and green features. These include a high-performance facade system that will significantly reduce the amount of solar heat gain in the building, smart building management systems, rainwater harvesting systems, and the use of renewable energy. With ESG targets a growing priority for companies, Keppel South Central’s sustainability features will make it easier for tenants to attain their green targets as well as save on energy and utility costs.
When completed, Keppel South Central's annual energy savings are expected to amount to 6.2 million kWh a year compared to a code-compliant commercial building. The savings are equal to the amount of energy required to power about 1,300 homes in Singapore for one year. Annual water savings is expected to be at about 26,000 m3, the amount required to fill 10 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
