Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions

Dec 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2045 GMT on Friday:

** XCF Global Capital has agreed to go public via a merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Focus Impact BH3 Acquisition, in a deal that values the sustainable fuels producer at $1.75 billion, the SPAC said.

** DBS Group Holdings said it was raising its stake in China's Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank in a S$376 million ($284.72 million) deal, as it looks to tap into growing opportunities in the Greater China region.

** Shares in Spanish pharma group Grifols soared after it agreed to sell a 20% stake in China's Shanghai RAAS Blood Products for about $1.8 billion to Chinese home appliance company Haier Group Corporation.

** Engie Brasil said it had reached a deal to sell a 15% stake in natural gas pipeline firm TAG to Canadian investment fund Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec (CDPQ) for 3.1 billion reais ($641 million).

** Japan-based brokerage firm Monex Group said it will acquire a majority stake in Canada's 3iQ Digital Holdings for $39.8 million, to boost its appeal to crypto-hungry institutional investors.

** UnitedHealth Group said it had agreed to sell its operations in Brazil to the founder and former CEO of health insurance firm Qualicorp José Seripieri Filho. (Compiled by Sneha S K and Harshita Mary Varghese in Bengaluru)
