Daiwa House Logistics Trust manager appoints Natalie Wong Chin Ping as Chief Financial Officer
Natalie Wong was announced as CFO of Daiwa House Asset Management Asia with effect from Sep 1
Natalie Wong Chin Ping was announced as Chief Financial Officer of Daiwa House Asset Management Asia, the manager of Daiwa House Logistics Trust with effect from Sept 1.
Prior to joining Daiwa House Asset Management Asia, Wong was senior vice president of capital markets in City Development Limited where she oversaw the capital raising, structuring, financial management and compliance for capital market transactions in both the public and private spaces.
Wong was also previously the chief financial officer for the manager of OUE Commercial REIT and head of treasury for the manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust respectively, where she was responsible for the finance and treasury functions including financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance and capital management.
Wong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and is also a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Units in Daiwa House Logistics Trust closed at 1 cent down or 1.48% lower at 66 cents.
