Forrester will remain employed by Cushman & Wakefield as a strategic advisor until Dec 31. “On behalf of Cushman & Wakefield’s board of directors, I thank John for his dedication and service to the firm and to the commercial real estate services industry over his long and distinguished career,” says Brett White, executive chairman of the board.

Mackay joined Cushman & Wakefield as a member of its board of directors in 2018. She was appointed as COO in 2020 and later promoted to president and COO on Jan 1, 2022. Prior to this, she served as executive vice-president, investments and head of capital markets at iStar, Inc.

McDonald has been with Cushman & Wakefield for over 20 years. He was appointed president in 2021, leading the firm’s largest business lines in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions.
