SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Coliwoo has opened its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey establishment at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand, a co-living subsidiary within the real estate management services group LHN Group, disclosed in its announcement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang property for $30 million.

The Pasir Panjang Road property spans 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the group acquired the property vacant.

The new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and approximately 1km from Curtin University. Positioned for accessibility, it is a short drive from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD via Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The vicinity also offers proximity to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.

The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are designed with nautical themes, incorporating light grey hues and vibrant marine blue colours to reflect the coastal ties of the area. All rooms are self-contained studio units with support services, including a self-service mobile app, an onsite concierge and housekeeping.

Chong Ching Yeng, chief commercial officer of Coliwoo, says that the brand is excited to expand its co-living portfolio within the city fringe following the opening of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the demand among students and working professionals for long-term yet flexible stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts convenience and accessibility without compromising on quality, especially through its prime location in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”

Coliwoo plans to open additional co-living properties in various locations next year, including River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Road, Lavender Street and Arab Street.
